What sort of artwork do I need to supply to get started? We’d prefer if you sent over all artwork as a “vector” file. This makes sure that your design prints at its highest quality and looks the best. Programs like Adobe Illustrator are used to make vector files. If you are not sure about any of this lingo or have a clue what vector means, send us over what you have and we can work with you from there, but this may mean a small extra fee in order to process the image correctly. What can I expect in turn around time? You can expect Philly Fresh Prints to have the quickest turn around time in the City of Brotherly Love. Most regular orders will be done and ready for pick up within 5 days. I need my order to be done as a rush order! Can I give you the job today and be able to pick it up tomorrow? Depending on how large and complex, as well as other jobs already scheduled, we may be able to turn around your job as quickly as 24 hours. However, a rush delviery job may be subject to addtional fees. Don't worry, any and all fees will be disclosed, finalized, and agreed upon prior to starting any job. Do you have minimums? We don’t have a minimum, but we do try to keep the minimum order to 25 shirts. If you only need a few tees, please still contact us and tell us about the job. We can and will print anything, but because much of the process is in set-up and clean-up, we would have to charge a higher fee per shirt than we do for larger orders. Can you print more then just plain tee shirts? Yes, we can do more then just tee shirts! If we can lay it out flat, we can most likely print on it. Bandanas, sweatshirts, pants, dresses, the list just goes on. Some materials are easier then others, so please let us know your design and we can help you best decide what is right. Can I supply my own shirts, or do you guys supply them for me? We would prefer to supply the shirts for you. This makes it easier for us to quote. It also makes it easier for you because all you have to do is supply your design. If you supply shirts then it's a liability for us because we're handling your property. When we supply your shirts, if any get damaged in the production process, we simply replace them at no cost to you. Can you print the exact colors I need? If you can supply us with the appropite PANTONE color, then yes we can print it to look exactly how you want it. What sort of inks do you use? For the most part we use Plastisol inks. Our in-house graphic design team can design your logo, shirt, or what ever need. There is a fee for custom design, and you will have to speak to our head graphic artist for a quote for you project. Pricing for design work is based on complexity and the estimated amount of time to complete your request. What type of Payments do you accept? We accept cash, checks, or any major credit card.
